This is one’s of that things i found by
coincidence any given Sunday...and I was delighted.
"Delicatessen" (1991) is
the first project of french director Jean-Pierre Jeunet and designer Marc Caro.
("City of the Lost Children" (1995), “Amelie” (2001)).
This film may not be for everyone, as
it is a mix of black comedy, sweet romance and surreal fantasy, and might seem at times too close to absurd or to be enjoyable. However, those with a taste for the
bizarre, like me, will find a great movie in this comedy.
